In 2016 I was on facebook and I saw a video about the “Museum of Ice Cream” in San Francisco. My mind was absolutely blown, all I could think was how desperately I wanted to see it and was there any possible way I could work with them. However, being a frequently strapped college student I gave up that dream pretty quickly. Three years later I found myself in the middle of winter sweating my butt off, desperately trying to help lift a giant pink ice cream scoop up a very narrow flight of stairs without scratching the paint at the Museum of Ice Creams New York Locations. Dreams really do come true. Despite the emotional rollercoaster of the installation; we successfully installed three giant ice cream scoops, an ice cream bar, two musical wall pianos, and animatronic bees.
